Shipping policy

⚠ All orders will ship within 2-3 days.

⚠ IMPORTANT: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your TETHERED order and/or shipping total. TETHERED is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Orders shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier. TETHERED does not issue refunds as a result of unpaid DDU fees. If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact customer service.

Guide to International Delivery 

We offer international delivery, with shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order details. Your shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Free shipping is available for China & Hong Kong SAR orders above $800 HKD. 

Please always check that you gave us the exact correct address details when placing your order, as even a tiny error can result in delivery delays.
